PhaseLens.ai ("PhaseLens," "we," "us") is an automated computational research and data analysis tool. It is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional of any kind.

All outputs generated by PhaseLens — including but not limited to: Verdict classifications ("Value Stock," "Value Trap," "Neutral," "Not Applicable"), Buy/Hold/Sell signals, scores, Moat assessments, Forensic analyses, Buffett checks, and phase classifications — are algorithmic data profiles generated from publicly available financial data. They are NOT personalized investment recommendations, financial advice, or trading directives.

2. Assumption of Risk

Investing in financial markets involves substantial risk, including the possible total loss of your principal investment. Past performance of any security, strategy, or analytical tool is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; (b) you will conduct your own independent research and due diligence before making any investment; (c) you will consult with a licensed financial professional before investing; (d) PhaseLens does not know your personal financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, or time horizon.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO HOLD PHASELENS, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES COMPLETELY AND UNCONDITIONALLY HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

(a) Any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on information provided by PhaseLens; (b) Data inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or delays in financial data; (c) System downtime, API failures, or service interruptions; (d) Any investment decision made based wholly or partly on PhaseLens outputs.

TOTAL LIABILITY OF PHASELENS TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT $0.00 USD.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Financial data is sourced from third-party providers (including Financial Modeling Prep and others). PhaseLens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of such data. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Algorithmic outputs are based on the quality of input data and may contain errors.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use PhaseLens. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

6. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and analysis frameworks on PhaseLens are the intellectual property of PhaseLens and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PhaseLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
